My hope is that after spending this time with me you feel empowered to make a plan. You feel equipped with some tools to entertain the idea that you can choose to think differently. That it doesn’t have to be this way and that is actually possible for you to feel better. When we get stuck in a spiral of negativity it feels impossible to know what to do to get out of it. My goal for this was that it gave you the push you needed to take a step in a new direction.

My biggest wish for you is that you take your emotional and mental health seriously. seriously and that you feel motivated to devote time and energy to your emotional world. Your emotional life determines everything else about the rest of your life. The daily experience of your life, what seems like the ins and outs of the boring of minutia of your day matters because it’s what makes up you life.
